Wanted Arsonist Found Walking In CT: Police A man wanted for starting a fire on the West Coast was found walking along a Connecticut highway on Tuesday, Aug. 27, authorities said.  Robert Parmalee, age 40, of Ritzville, Washington, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant and is expected to be extradited to Oregon, where he is wanted on an arson charge, Connecticut State Police said.  Police stopped Parmalee in Hartford County just after 11 a.m. walking alongside Route 20 in Windsor Locks. Norwalk Woman Busted For Alleged DUI In Wilton, Police Say A Fairfield County woman driving a 2020 Porsche Cayenne was busted for alleged DUI during a routine traffic stop. Monica Duchhi, age 36, of Norwalk, was arrested on Sunday, Aug. 11, on Danbury Road in Wilton. According to Lt. Anna Tornello of the Wilton Police said Duchhi failed a series of field sobriety tests after admitting to officers she had been drinking. Duchi was placed under arrest for DUI and refused to submit to chemical testing, Tornello said. She was charged with DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane.
