Man Found Sleeping In Stolen Car At Wilton Gas Station, Police Say A man is facing charges after he was allegedly found sleeping in a stolen car at a Capital Region gas station. Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 7-Eleven on Route 50 in Wilton for a welfare check at around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18. Deputies arrived to find Joseph Plummer, 35, of Galway, asleep in a vehicle at a gas pump, the agency said.
