School Guidance Counselor Charged With Sexual Assault Of Student In Norwalk A Fairfield County school guidance counselor has been charged with alleged sexual assault of a student. Luisa Melchionne, age 37, of New Canaan, was arrested on a warrant on Thursday, July 11, in connection with a complaint filed in April. According to Sgt.
