16-Year-Old Suspect Nabbed In Shooting Of Teen At Norwalk Housing Complex A 16-year-old suspect has been apprehended for allegedly shooting another teen in Fairfield County. The incident occurred in Greenwich around 10 a.m., Sunday, July 14, in the area of Clapboard Ridge Road and Khakum Wood Road.  According to Lt.
