CT Man Dead, 2 Seriously Injured After Truck Hits 3 Dirt Bikes in Voluntown A 28-year-old man from Connecticut is dead, and three others were injured — two seriously — in a multi-vehicle crash, authorities said. Michael Alan Davis, of Norwich, died Monday night, March 10, after an F-150 pickup truck crashed into him and two others in Voluntown, according to Connecticut State Police. The truck was heading south on Ekonk Hill Road (Route 49) just after 7:30 p.m. when it hit three dirt bikes, killing Davis and seriously injuring two riders — ages 20 and 26 — police said. CT Teen Robbed Of Dirt Bike At Gunpoint Along Rails To Trails Path: Cops A 14-year-old Trumbull teen was robbed at gunpoint on New Year's Eve while riding his dirt bike on the Rails to Trails path, authorities said.  Giovanni DeJesus, 19, of Bridgeport, was arrested shortly after the incident, recovering the stolen bike and an illegal firearm, Bridgeport police said.  The robbery occurred around 5 p.m. near the pump station between White Plains Road and Quarry Road. It happened just before 11:10 p.m. Friday, June 7, in Stamford at 100 Bridge St. in Scalzi Park, An initial investigation revealed that Oscar Chinchilla-Najarro, a 23-year-old Stamford resident, was operating a 2001 Kawasaki dirt bike in the park.
