A Fairfield County woman was nabbed for alleged DUI following a crash at a train station. The incident occurred in Darien at around 1:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at the Noroton Heights Train Station on Heights Road. According to Sgt. An Amtrak passenger train and a tractor-trailer were involved in a crash in Connecticut. The collision occurred in New Haven County at a railroad crossing on Sackett Point Road in North Haven at 5:50 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 9. A Metro-North train got tangled in overhead power wires in Fairfield County, causing a small brush fire and stopping the train, causing delays.
