Police K9 Takes Down NJ Fugitive Working In CT: Cops A man wanted on multiple felony charges in New Jersey was arrested in Connecticut after authorities say he tried to escape arrest and had to be taken down by a police dog.  Alfred Ricciuti, 41, of Washington, NJ, was found Monday, May 5, working at a business in Somers, Connecticut State Police said. He is wanted on five extraditable felony arrest warrants in the Garden State.
