A Pennsylvania man suspected of murdering a woman at a high-end resort in the Hamptons was found dead hundreds of miles from the crime scene in New York. Thomas Gannon, age 56, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, according to Suffolk County Police. Massachusetts police are attempting to unravel the chaotic case of a man who is believed to have shot and killed someone in Worcester before he walked onto I-190, pointed his gun at terrified drivers, and then killed himself when officers had him cornered, authorities said. Police believe that a 47-year-old Connecticut man forced his way into a New Haven County home on Thursday morning, Sept. 12, and fatally shot his ex-wife before he turned the gun on himself. New Haven resident Miguelina Lebron, age 45, of Ansonia, was found shot repeatedly at her home on Westfield Avenue, Ansonia police said. A woman jumped to her death from an upper floor inside a busy Hudson Valley mall.
