Doctors are attempting to save a Connecticut man's hand after the homemade explosive he and another man built blew up prematurely, authorities said. The FBI is working with Fairfield Police to investigate the incident. A man has been charged with driving under the influence and more after he was found to be driving the wrong way down a highway in Connecticut. The Litchfield County incident occurred on Saturday, June 15 in the town of Litchfield, according to Connecticut State Police.
