18-Year-Old From Region Nabbed With Two Ghost Guns, Police Say A Western Mass man has been arrested for allegedly having two "ghost" guns, including one loaded with a 29-caliber round magazine. The incident took place in Hampden County around 10:15 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 14, when members of the Springfield Police Department's Firearms Investigation Unit seized two ghost guns and arrested 18-year-old Kenney Menendez.
