CT Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Minor A Fairfield County man is behind bars on a $1 million bond after being charged with the alleged sexual assault of a minor. Marc Lugo, age 30, of Norwalk, was charged on Friday, May 31 following a months-long investigation. According to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police, the department received a complaint of sexual assault of a minor in February. The Special Victims Unit assumed the investigation. Amazon Delivery Driver Sexually Assaults Elderly Woman While Giving Her Ride In CT: Police A 25-year-old Amazon delivery driver is accused of sexually assaulting an elderly woman while giving her a ride to Norwalk, police said.  Hartford County resident Gabriel Alexis Alfaro of Rocky Hill, age 25, was arrested at his home on Wednesday, Oct. 25 by Norwalk Police Special Victims Unit Detectives, the department announced.  According to Norwalk Police, in May 2023, officers received a report that an elderly woman had been sexually assaulted.
