Man Nabbed After Causing Disturbance, Damage At CT Restaurant, Police Say A man was charged with alleged breach of peace for allegedly causing a disturbance at a popular restaurant and then jabbing a police officer in the chest. The incident took place in New Haven County in Milford on Tuesday, Oct. 17 at Mexico Tipico.
