CT Man Nabbed In Sting Attempting To Meet 13-Year-Old To Have Sex, Police Say A Fairfield County man was charged with criminal attempt of sexual assault after allegedly attempting to meet up with what he thought was a 13-year-old girl to have sex. On Sunday, Dec. 17, Shelton Police arrested 72-year-old Anthony Grillo of Shelton and charged him with enticing a Minor, and criminal attempt at sexual assault. Shelton Police Det. Christopher Nugent said the arrest stems from an incident that occurred at the Shelton Walmart on Sunday.
