It happened at about 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15, in Darien at David Harvey Jewelers at 995 Post Rd. (Route 1). Smash-Grab Robbers Make Off With Thousands In Jewels At CT Mall Three masked thieves stole several thousand dollars worth of jewelry from Kay’s Jewelry store at a Fairfield County mall. The incident occurred in Trumbull around 1:45 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, at the Trumbull Mall. According to Trumbull Police, the department received several calls reporting the theft, and shoppers were alarmed by the loud noise of the shattering glass that was mistakenly thought to be a gunshot.  It was later determined that no weapons were involved. Know Him? Man Wanted For Stealing $15K Rolex From CT Store, Police Say Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for help identifying a man who allegedly stole a $15,000 Rolex from an area jewelry store. The incident took place around 4 p.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at a jewelry store on High Ridge Road. According to Stamford Police Sgt. Sean Scanlan, the man walked into the store, asked to see the Rolex, put it on his wrist, then ran out of the store.  The suspect is described as being Black in his 30s to 40s.
