Man Accused Of Assaulting Passengers Following CT Crash A man was charged with alleged assault after attacking two passengers and crashing the vehicle in Greenwich. The incident occurred on I-95 southbound in Greenwich around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 12, near Exit 5. According to Connecticut State Police, troopers and Greenwich Police responded to the crash and found that it had occurred during a fight inside the car between the driver, Vilhomme Mondesir, age 47, of Fort Worth, Florida. Hit-Run Driver Apprehended After Striking Cruiser, CT State Police Say A 55-year-old Fairfield County man was arrested after he allegedly hit a Connecticut State trooper's vehicle and then fled the scene. The incident took place in Stratford around 1:05 a.m., Monday, Oct. 31 on I-95 southbound in the area of Exit 33. According to state police, the trooper was driving southbound on I-95 in Stratford while the driver of the second vehicle, identified as Jose Lopez Ortiz, age 55, of Bridgeport, was reversing in a gray Nissan SUV and traveling north in the southbound right shoulder of the interstate. Duo Wanted For NY Store Burglary Nabbed In CT Two men have been arrested for allegedly smashing their car through the front of a Saks Fifth Avenue store and making off with merchandise. The incident took place in Greenwich around 3:30 a.m., Friday, Sept. 2 on Greenwich Avenue. According to Capt. Mark E.
