12-Year-Old CT Girl Killed In Drive-By Shooting, 3 Others Wounded, Police Say A 12-year-old Connecticut girl was killed during a drive-by shooting that injured three others. The shooting took place in Hartford around 8:40 p.m. on Thursday, April 20 at 48 Huntington St., said Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police. Hartford police responded to the area on a ShotSpotter activation that recorded numerous bullets had been fired, Boisvert said. Upon arrival, officers located an 18-year-old male, suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers also located a 12-year-old girl, suffering from a gunshot wound to her head and abdomen, he added. Man Critical After Being Found Shot On CT Street, Police Say Police are investigating after a Connecticut man was found shot on a city street. The shooting took place in Hartford around 1:50 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 31 in the area of 1053 Capitol Ave. According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police, the man was found after officers responded to a ShotSpotter notification. Once on the scene, the victim, a man in his 20s, was located suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital where he is currently listed in critical condition, Boisvert said.
