Man Nabbed For DUI After Crash Causing Hours-Long I-91 Closure, CT State Police Say A major Connecticut roadway was shut down for more than two hours after an alleged drunk driver lost control of his tractor-trailer and smashed into several guide rails. The crash took place around 8 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 13 in New Haven County on I-91 in Wallingford.
