CT Woman Killed During Domestic Event, Son Injured, Police Say A Connecticut woman was shot dead by a man during a domestic violence incident and her son was injured. The incident took place in Hartford County around 8 p.m., Monday, July 17 on Oakland Terrace in Hartford. According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police, patrol officers responded to a 911 caller reporting a domestic incident.
