CT Woman Nabbed For Shooting, Police Say A woman has been charged with alleged criminal assault after a shooting incident in a Fairfield County neighborhood. Sharona Debbie Annet Bailey-Bramble, age 34, of Stamford, was charged on Monday, May 13, in Norwalk after police responded to a shots fired call. According to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police, patrol officers responded and relayed the description of Bailey-Bramble and her vehicle to other officers.  Officers located the vehicle a short distance from 251 Ely Ave. and recovered a firearm, Podgorski said. CT Man Charged In Connection To Fatal Shooting In Parking Lot A 75-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter in the fatal shooting of a man in a Connecticut parking lot.  Litchfield County resident Robert Fisher, of Goshen, was charged with first-degree manslaughter and turned himself in to the Connecticut State Police on Wednesday, May 4, according to an announcement from State Police.
