Undercover Sting Leads To Child Exploitation Charges For 4 In CT Four men were charged for allegedly making deals with undercover police to have sex with a 15-year-old girl. The arrests occurred in Hartford County on Friday, April 19, at an undisclosed hotel in Hartford. According to Lt.
