Uber Driver Shot At Amazon Facility In CT, Police Say A Fairfield County man who is subcontracted for Amazon has been charged with allegedly shooting an Uber driver. The incident took in Stratford around 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 25 in the 400 block of Long Beach Boulevard, said Capt. Frank Eannotti of the Stratford Police. According to police, the Uber driver drove Anthony Vann, age 26, of Bridgeport, to the Amazon facility where there was some type of confrontation and Vann shot the driver. The victim, who has not been identified, was shot several times and was transported to an area hospital. He is said to be in stable condition. Van…
