Stay Safe, Westport: Emergency Team Offers Storm Tips, Info
WESTPORT, Conn. — Westport officials released snow emergency information Wednesday afternoon in anticipation of a blustery snowstorm expected to wallop Fairfield County on Thursday. First Selectman Jim Marpe and the town’s Emergency Management Team encouraged residents to be prepared for the storm, which the National Weather Service is predicting could dump 6 to 12 inches of snow on the area.
