A GoFundMe page has since been set up for the family of a 22-year-old volunteer firefighter in Fairfield County who was killed in a single-car crash over the weekend. Austin Buoni, a Stratford resident and 2014 graduate of Bunnell High School, worked with both the Shelton and Trumbull fire departments. Details have been released regarding the crash that killed a 22-year-old man early Saturday morning in the Town of Fairfield. The single-vehicle crash occurred around 1:40 a.m. on Kings Highway East at the intersection of Chestnut Stree, Town of Fairfield Police said. Preliminary investigation revealed that Austin J.
