A man wanted in connection to a home invasion, kidnapping, and sexual assault on Saturday morning is on the loose and police are asking for the public's help in finding him. The Watertown Police Department has an active arrest warrant for 41-year-old Urim Asani, who has no known address. The incident happened around 7 a.m. on Saturday in the Oakville section of Watertown, police said. The victim of the incident was known to Asani and was specifically targeted, according to police.
