Covid-19: CT First State In Nation To Utilize FEMA Mobile Vaccination Unit A new mobile COVID-19 vaccination unit from FEMA is making its national debut in Connecticut. Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont announced that FEMA has loaned the state its mobile vaccination van, which can provide up to 250 vaccinations each day. Hartford Health, Trinity Health, Griffin Health, and UConn Health will be administering the doses at sites across the state.
