Danbury Executive Named To Tbico Board Of Directors DANBURY, Conn. — Penelope Forman, president of Danbury-based Penn Gardner Inc, has been elected to the board of directors of TBICO, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help people help themselves through education, job training and financial literacy.
