Police Seek Van Driver Who Struck Juvenile Skateboarder Do you know this van? The East Haven Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a white Chevy Express van that struck a girl who was skateboarding and sped away. The hit-and-run was caught on camera shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 18, near the intersection of Tyler Street and Taylor Avenue. Police said the girl was attempting to cross Tyler Street when the van, traveling westbound struck her, knocking her unconscious.
