Weston High School Debate Team Wins State Championship Two senior debate team students at Weston High School won the state championships, which took place Saturday, March 23 at Joel Barlow High School in Redding. Students Sean O’Neil and Carolyn Zech claimed a victory during the intense and long-winded competition, which was organized by the Connecticut Debate Association (CDA). A total of 48 two-person teams participated in the competition.
