CT Man Admits To Illegal Gun Possession, Heroin Distribution A convicted felon in Connecticut has admitted to drug and weapon charges after being busted with a pistol, heroin, fentanyl and other drugs. Manchester resident Rufus Howell has pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon and one count of possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
