Four Fairfield County Residents Charged With DWI In NY Stops New York State Police troopers busted 29 motorists from the Hudson Valley and Fairfield County who were allegedly driving while impaired this past weekend. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Sunday, Nov. 18, State Police troopers from Somers arrested Eugene A. O’Dell, 57, of Somers, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 118 in Somers, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested. CT Resident Among Three Confirmed Cases Of Measles In Putnam County The Putnam County Department of Health has confirmed three positive cases of measles and said others may have been exposed earlier this week. Two are Putnam residents and the third lives in Connecticut, said Susan Hoffner, health educator of the Putnam County Department of Health. The hometowns of the three were not released.
