The project would let drivers use the highway shoulder during rush hours. It’s part of a plan to ease congestion and improve mobility in one of the busiest corridors in the state. Markese Rogers, a 30-year-old Pittsgrove resident, Ashley Acevedo Diaz, 27, Imari Lazu, 27, and Noel Lazu, 25, pled guilty in February for their involvement in an incident that led to NJSP Detective Richard Hershey being shot at the Harding Woods mobile home park in Pittsgrove, New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin said.
