Two-Alarm House Fire Breaks Out In Danbury Danbury fire crews responded to a two-alarm house fire that broke out on Thursday, March 7 around 7:40 a.m. The blaze occurred on Clairanne Drive off of Kingswood Road. Fire crews discovered smoke billowing from the roof and garage of a two-story occupied residence. The occupants were evacuated safely while crews worked to combat the blaze. New Fairfield Fire Department was also requested to the scene with two tankers in order to supply Danbury vehicles with water since the fire occurred in an area without hydrants. Danbury Hospital EMS and the Fire Marshal's office were also requested to …
