Norwalk Teen's Parking Violation Leads To Gun Arrest In Stamford A local teenager was in the wrong place at the wrong time doing the wrong things and is now facing a weapons charge after being busted sleeping in an illegally parked car and fighting officers, police said. Stamford Police Officers Ryan Lee and Robert Bossone were dispatched to a Woodland Avenue home at approximately 11:15 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 12, where there was a noise complaint.
