Lane Closures Scheduled On I-84 Stretch In Region State officials issued an alert to motorists about upcoming lane closures on I-84 in the Hudson Valley. Danbury Woman Charged With Driving Under Influence In NY Stop New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley were busy over the weekend, busting 17 allegedly impaired drivers for DWI. Local residents charged include: Westchester County On Sunday, May 12, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Manuel A. Valle, 50, of Peekskill, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Welcher Avenue in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
