Wilton Woman Under Influence After Crashing Into Car Gets Second DUI Later In Day, Police Say A 64-year-old Wilton woman is facing numerous charges after police say she was involved in a crash while under the influence before being arrested for a second DUI later the same day. Wilton Police say they received a report that a woman the caller believed to be intoxicated operating a black 2012 Lexus sedan had struck a parked vehicle in the lot located at 5 River Road on Saturday, Sept. 7 around 2:30 p.m. Officers arrived on the scene and made contact with the driver, identified as Ellen Needleman-O’neill, 64, of Wilton, police said.
