CT Father Charged After 4-Week-Old Twins Hospitalized With Fractures, Police Say A 19-year-old Connecticut father was charged after police reported that his 4-week-old twins were hospitalized with multiple fractures last month. The East Lyme Police Department said it was contacted by a medical office in Old Saybrook in October about infants with injuries. Man Reported Missing In CT Has Been Located, Police Say Update: A 33-year-old man who was reported missing in Connecticut has been found, police said. The East Lyme Police Department said Xerxes Baccus has been located in an update at 7:35 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21. Original report: Police asked the public for help locating a missing 33-year-old man who was last seen in Connecticut.
