CT Man Charged With Bankruptcy Fraud, ID Theft Offenses A 46-year-old Connecticut man was arrested on Monday, May 7 on a criminal complaint charging him with bankruptcy fraud, identity theft, and conspiracy to commit bankruptcy fraud and identity theft.
