Victim Dragged Out Of Home In Darien Domestic Dispute, Police Say A man is facing charges after a domestic dispute led to a victim getting dragged out of a home, Darien Police say. Officers responded to a Darien address on the report of a domestic dispute on Friday, Feb. 15 around 3:30 a.m. The caller stated that a party had arrived at her front door and asked for help. A few minutes prior, the caller allegedly heard two people arguing outside for around 20 minutes. Upon further investigation, officers determined that the victim was in a relationship with the suspect, who police later identified as 49-year-old Arthur Jenkins of Darien. The victim allege…
