Man Driving Without License Charged With DUI After Running Red Light In Greenwich, Police Say A man is facing DUI charges after driving without a license and running a red light in Greenwich, according to police. Greenwich Police say officers were patrolling the area of Mill Street and Mead Avenue when a driver ran a red light on Monday, July 8 around 1:30 a.m. The officers initiated a traffic stop and interviewed the driver, who identified himself as Alexander Lucero, police say. Police allegedly detected an alcoholic odor while interviewing the driver and asked him to participate in a series of field sobriety tests, which he did not pass.
