The property, listed for sale for $1.388 million, dates back to the 1740s. The grounds include three unique structures, one of which is the remodeled original saw mill house.

The original water wheel axle is still visible on the side of the main house, while other mill items are stored under the house. The house boasts a beamed great room and fireplace, which are both original.
