Frank Pellicci turned himself in to police last Wednesday on a warrant charging him with threatening and harassment, police said. Pellicci is accused of sending a series of threatening messages to his ex-wife’s phone between March and May of last year, police said.
He was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment, both misdemeanors, and held on a $25,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear at Norwalk Superior Court later the same day.
