MILFORD, Conn. -- The person struck and killed by a Metro-North train in Milford on Tuesday night has been identified as 24-year-old Ryan Duffy of Wilton, according to a Metro-North spokesperson.

The incident does not appear to be an accident, and no criminality was involved, according to the Metro-North spokesperson.
