WILTON, Conn. Parents looking for ideas to keep their kids busy this summer can look to Camp Sunny Patch, a digital guide to outdoor activities posted by Wilton toy maker Melissa & Dog on its website.
The company's week-by-week online guide features Blog Ambassadors who act as virtual camp counselors, hosting forums about water activities, arts and crafts, scavenger hunts and other camp favorites. Material will be available for parents to print from the website.
Each week a new guide will be posted for parents to download so they can look at the activity ideas, games and crafts to see what would work best for their kids.
Melissa & Doug said in a release that Camp Sunny Patch was a way to create value for parents by offering low-cost, creative activities for kids for the entire summer.
