Wilton Residents Complain of Missing Items

Wilton residents told police Dec. 5 that many of their belongings have gone missing from the multiple buildings on their Huckleberry Hill Road property. They told police they suspect their caretakers may be responsible.

According to police, the property owners were missing small tools, keys, a ladder and other items. The case remained open as police wait to interview the suspects and continue investigating.

? A Wilton Crest resident reported to Wilton police Dec. 1what they believe is a fraudulent charge on a credit card. According to police, a $4,500 charge to Quality Switchgear, a Texas-based company, was on the credit card statement. The investigation remained open as the company is questioned about the charge.
