WILTON, Conn. Two men in their twenties were charged with possession of marijuana while driving in Wilton.
Norwalk resident Jose Torres, 27, was stopped by the Wilton Police for a motor vehicle violation on Route 7 on Monday, when police discovered that Torres was in possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana in the car. Police issued a ticket to Torres for marijuana possession and told him to renew his registration.
A second ticket was issued when Christopher Anderson, 21 of Westport, was pulled over by police Saturday after he was accused of harassment.
When officers pulled him over at Route 33 and Mollbrook Drive, they saw a pipe, which they found to contain marijuana residue. Anderson was issued a ticket. The harassment accusation was determined to be unfounded.

Four silver hubcaps, valued at $100, were reported stolen Tuesday, Feb. 7, from a 2006 Toyota Corolla while it was parked in its home driveway on Ruscoe Road.
Paul Izzi, 32 of Norwalk, turned himself in to Wilton Police after a warrant for his arrest was issued on a charge of failure to appear in a March 2011 drunken-driving charge. Izzi posted $5,000 bond and is due in court Feb. 24.
Wilton resident Sophia Johnson, 89, was transported to the hospital with an injury to her left shoulder after she was involved in a car accident on Route 7 on Thursday, Feb. 9. Holly Baker, 40 of Wilton, was southbound when Johnson turned into traffic. Baker struck Johnsons car. Neither Baker nor her 5-year-old son was injured. Johnson was issued a warning by police for failure to grant right of way.
A Wilton resident reported the loss of a $5,000 Cartier Santos womans watch Wednesday, Feb. 8. The watch was lost between Wilton Village and the resident's home.
