What's Happening in Wilton This Week

WILTON, Conn. – It’s a slow week in Wilton with school out for winter vacation. But here is what’s happening the week of Feb. 20-23 for those who stuck around:

MONDAY

  • Presidents Day, all local government and municipal buildings are closed.

TUESDAY

  • 7:15 p.m. Zoning Board of Appeals meets for its regular meeting at Wilton Library in the Presidents Room on the second floor.
  • 7:30 p.m. Wilton Board of Selectmen meet at Town Hall Room B for its regular meeting.
  • 7:30 p.m. The Wilton Board of Finance will meet at Town Hall Room A, located in the annex building, for its regular meeting.

THURSDAY

  • 10:30 a.m. The final meeting of the Passionate Poetry lectures at Wilton Library will take place, discussing Penelope, the wife of Odysseus, from Homer’s Odyssey. The lecture is led by Judson Scruton.
  • 7:30 p.m. Wilton’s Inland Wetlands Commission will meet in Town Hall Room A, in the Annex building
