Home Sold in Wilton for $1.685 Million

WILTON, Conn. – Here are the property transfers for the week of Feb. 17 through 23 as reported by Wilton’s Town Clerk:

  • Thomas and Deborah Ray sold the house at 6 Maplewood Lane for $1.685 million to Kamran Hashemi and Miraneh Manzouri.
  • JTS Construction sold the home at 20 Cheesespring Road for $1.5 million to Daniel and Camille Falta.
  • Kalliope Mead sold the plot of land at 2 Deerfield Road for $300,000 to Theologos and Helen Demetriades.
