Downed power lines beneath a car in front of the Georgetown Saloon Friday night threatened to make the vehicle "explode," according to fire officials. Crowds gathered to watch the smoke as firefighters and representatives from the power company worked to cut power to the line. The power was successfully cut and no one was harmed.
