The Wilton Family Y will present the two open houses from 10 and 11 a.m., and 7 and 8 p.m., on Jan. 22. The course is designed for moms interested in learning unique keys to success. Berger is the founder and director of "Work Like A Mother."
"If you are a stay at home mom who is professionally and personally unfulfilled, wants or needs to re-build your professional direction, and are struggling with the realization that with years that pass your skills and confidence are becoming completely outdated and obsolete, then you should attend," Wilton Y representatives said.
"Learn how to thrive and grow professionally while at home with children without compromising your parenting choices."
The informal open house will help residents learn about Berger's upcoming classes beginning later this month. To RSVP, residents are asked to email kmurphy@wiltonymca.org or call 203-762-8384, ext 214.
Berger will host "Overcoming Your Silent Struggle for Reinvention" beginning at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 29 in the Wilton Y conference room.
The program is a "results oriented class for stay at home moms who are ready and willing to tackle obstacles leading to navigating a successful professional re-invention; including psychological, confidence building, skill gaps and lack of direction," representatives said.
The fee for the program is $225 for Wilton Y members and $325 for nonmembers.
