Land Sells for $1.15 Million in Wilton

WILTON, Conn. – Here are the property transfers from Feb. 3 to Feb. 16 as reported by the Wilton town clerk's office:

  • Barbra Weyl sold her condo unit 8 Crowne Pond Lane to Jonathan and Kelly Rogers for $610,000.
  • Robert and Lynn Schneider sold 160 Olmstead Hill Road to Bruce Brodie and Marie Casey for $1.13 million.
  • Andrew Reiss sold 178 Mather St. to Scott and Marlene Paolini for $290,000.
  • Kevin and Jina Kim Auger sold their plot of land at 64 Middlebrook Farm Road to Gregory and Gina Janson for $1.15 million.
  • Catherine Harding sold 40 Warncke Road to Matthew Foley for $865,000.
